If Urban Web Scraper does not meet your expectations, or if you encounter any technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, we provide a full 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

Eligible Plans: Pro Plan ($25 one-time) and Pro+ Plan ($50 one-time).
Refund Window: 14 days from the exact timestamp of your transaction confirmation.
No Penalties: No restocking fees, cancellation fees, or administrative penalties.

2. Step-by-Step: How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is quick and straightforward. You do not need to fill out complicated forms:

Send an Email or Open a Ticket:
Email us directly at support@urbanqode.com (or fahad@urbanqode.com) with the subject line "Refund Request".
Alternatively, log in to your Customer Portal at https://webscraper.urbanqode.com/portal and click "Request Refund / Support".
Provide Order Information:
Include your purchase email address and either your Stripe receipt number or your license key. A reason for refund is appreciated to help us improve, but is not mandatory.
Immediate Processing:
Our team confirms your request within 24 business hours. We initiate an immediate refund via Stripe back to your original payment method.

Refund Timing: Once issued on Stripe, funds typically appear back on your credit card or bank account statement within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your card issuer or banking institution).

3. How to Cancel Subscriptions & Deactivate Licenses

One-Time Licenses (Pro $25 & Pro+ $50):
Because our licenses are one-time purchases (not recurring monthly subscriptions), there are no recurring monthly charges to cancel. Once purchased, you own the lifetime license. If you request a refund within the 14-day window, your license key is deactivated upon refund completion.

Optional Recurring Services:
If you have subscribed to any optional monthly cloud automation scraping runs, you can cancel at any time:

Log into the Customer Portal at /portal.
Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions.
Click "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation takes effect immediately at the end of the current billing cycle, with zero future charges.
