1. Merchant & Seller Identification

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and Fahad Aziz Qureshi, operating under the business name UrbanQode ("Seller", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and purchase of software licenses for Urban Web Scraper (including the Chrome browser extension, Cloud automation platform, and Model Context Protocol integrations).

By purchasing a software license, installing the extension, or accessing our services at webscraper.urbanqode.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Software License & Pricing Structure

Urban Web Scraper is offered under a clear, transparent software licensing model:

• Pro Plan ($25 one-time payment): Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use all Pro extension features, unlimited exports, and local multi-tab scraping on one (1) device. No recurring monthly subscription fees.
• Pro+ Plan ($50 one-time payment): Grants a non-exclusive lifetime license for two (2) simultaneous devices, with self-service device unbinding and key migration via the Customer Portal. No recurring monthly subscription fees.
• Team Plan (Custom pricing): Volume licensing for organizations with centralized multi-seat provisioning and dedicated procurement invoicing.

One-Time Purchase Policy: Software licenses are billed as a one-time charge at checkout. We do not bill recurring monthly charges or hidden fees. All major credit cards, debit cards, and Stripe-supported payment methods are accepted.

3. Refund Window & Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our software. We offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee on all license purchases.

• Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
• No-Hassle Process: Simply email support@urbanqode.com or submit a request through your Customer Portal with your email address or Stripe receipt number.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 24 business hours back to your original payment card via Stripe. Funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

4. How to Cancel or Deactivate

Because standard Pro and Pro+ licenses are one-time purchases without recurring subscription fees, there is no recurring billing to cancel.

• License Deactivation: You can unbind your license key from any device at any time directly through the Customer Portal at /portal.
• Refund & Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your license and receive a refund within the 14-day refund window, contact support@urbanqode.com. Upon refund approval, the license key will be permanently deactivated.
• Optional Cloud Subscriptions: Any optional recurring cloud automation credits or hosted proxy services can be cancelled with 1 click in your Customer Portal at any time with immediate effect.

5. Permitted Use & Compliance

Urban Web Scraper is designed to automate client-side data extraction of public information from web pages rendered in your own browser. You agree to use the software responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including:

• Respecting the copyright, intellectual property, and reasonable terms of use of the websites you access.
• Adhering to reasonable crawl rates and avoiding denial-of-service (DoS) or overwhelming third-party servers.
• Complying with privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA) when handling personal or sensitive information.

6. Intellectual Property & Updates

All rights, title, and interest in and to Urban Web Scraper, its code, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of Fahad Aziz Qureshi / UrbanQode. Your license grants you the right to use the software in accordance with these Terms, but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

We regularly provide software updates, bug fixes, and feature improvements. License holders receive all lifetime maintenance updates for their licensed major version.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Urban Web Scraper is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure maximum compatibility across websites, we cannot guarantee that the software will be compatible with every website's internal layout or that third-party web structures will not change.

In no event shall Fahad Aziz Qureshi or UrbanQode be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software license.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any question, dispute, or concern, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@urbanqode.com so we can resolve the matter amicably and swiftly.
